From a young age, sports and fitness have always been a major part of my life, both recreationally through football and running or competitively through rowing. As a former national level rower, with 7 years of coaching experience, I have gained in-depth knowledge of training principles around fitness, strength, nutrition and functional exercise, which I am able to pass on to those who train with me, tailoring this towards their specific goals.
Through my years of coaching, I have had the opportunity to work with all levels of clients and progress them on their fitness journey to achieve their desired results.
